Return Policy

Berre Home Furniture Limited will accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in the original packaging and new condition (if this is not the case we will not accept the return). A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns alongside a 2.5% admin fee. Custom-made items are not eligible for return. All furniture must be received in our warehouse within 14 days of your possession and be in the same condition as when provided to you by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received. You will be asked to provide the invoice or proof of purchase. For all returns, please ensure that you have kept all receipts. Returns may be subject to inspection before your refund can be issued. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will be notified regarding the condition and if the refund was approved.

Please note: Our return policy varies depending on the item purchased. Floor models and warehouse sale items – or other items as expressly indicated – will be final sale and may not be subject to return or cancellation. Due to sanitary reasons, bedding accessories such as linens, pillows, mattress pads, etc., are non-returnable and are considered final sale.

Cancellation Policy

If you have yet to receive your order, you may cancel all or part of your order within 48 hours of placing your order without a charge or fee. You email us at . Suppose you are placing a custom order through us that is being manufactured abroad (rather than our stock once the products are in production). In that case, order cancellations (including cancellations due to product delays from the manufacturer) may not be permitted, and deposits on such orders are non-refundable.
