   Berre Home Furniture Limited reserves the right to accept or decline any order. If we deny your order, we will provide you with a full refund. You may cancel your order at any time before shipment for a full refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery
   Berre Home Furniture Limited will ship your order to the address provided at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order and are non-refundable. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Berre Home Furniture Limited will not be liable for any delay in delivery. Our standard delivery time is 12 to 16 weeks. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, there may be delays extending this timeframe.

5. Returns and Exchanges
   Berre Home Furniture Limited will accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in the original packaging and new condition (if this is not the case we will not accept the return). A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns alongside a 2.5% admin fee. Custom-made items are not eligible for return. 

6. Payment Terms
   Berre Home Furniture Limited accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Your payment card will be charged at the time of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability
   Berre Home Furniture Limited will not be liable for any damages arising from using this website or the products or services offered, except as required by United Kingdom consumer protection law, more specifically, the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Governing Law
   These terms and conditions are governed by and construed following the laws of the United Kingdom. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
